Shipping & Delivery Policy
Astro (Kundli) is a digital service of GoSimplex, operated by Shwetark Global Solutions Pvt. Ltd. ("SG Solve", "we", "us"). This policy explains how and when you receive it.
1. Digital delivery
Astro is delivered electronically. No physical goods are shipped, and no shipping charges apply.
2. When you receive what you paid for
Money added to your wallet appears as soon as the payment is confirmed, usually within moments. Kundlis and answers are delivered in the app as soon as they are ready, and wallet top-ups come with a GST tax invoice sent to the email address you gave.
3. Reports
A Kundli report (PDF) is created when you ask for it and downloaded to your own device. We do not keep a copy of the file. You can download it again at any time, and it is rebuilt from your saved Kundli each time.
4. If something does not arrive
If your payment was taken but your wallet balance did not update within a few minutes, or an answer or report did not arrive, write to us with the email on your account and the payment reference. We will fix it or refund it.
