• Certain features are protected under "Patent Pending" status.
• No ownership rights are transferred.

8. Availability and Maintenance

We use commercially reasonable efforts to maintain uptime, but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Downtime may occur.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access immediately for violations of these Terms.

10. Limitation of Liability

• S.G. Solutions is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
• Liability is capped at fees paid in the preceding 12 months.
