Users must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to use the Services or act on behalf of their organization.

GoSimplex provides AI-powered software, automation, and related services. We grant users a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services, subject to applicable subscription plans and these Terms.

Users must not misuse the Services, violate applicable laws, compromise platform security, or reverse engineer our proprietary technology.

Users are responsible for maintaining account confidentiality and notifying us promptly of unauthorized access.

Paid Services may be offered through monthly, annual, usage-based, or custom enterprise plans. Applicable charges, billing frequency, and taxes will be disclosed before purchase. Recurring subscriptions renew automatically only where authorized by the customer, in accordance with applicable payment regulations. Failed payments may result in service suspension.

Users may request subscription cancellation through their account or by contacting us. Cancellation stops future renewals and ordinarily does not affect access already paid for.

Fees are generally non-refundable once a billing period begins, except for duplicate or incorrect charges, service-delivery failures, or where required by applicable law. Refund requests should be submitted within 7 days of the relevant charge. Approved refunds will be initiated to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

GoSimplex and its underlying technology remain the intellectual property of SG Solve or its licensors. Certain technologies may be patent-pending. Users retain ownership of their uploaded content and data.

AI-generated responses and outputs may contain inaccuracies. Users are responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on them for business, financial, legal, or other consequential decisions.

Personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Customer content is processed for delivering the Services, subject to applicable agreements and privacy requirements.

We make commercially reasonable efforts to maintain service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

We may suspend or terminate access for non-payment, misuse, security risks, or violations of these Terms.

Services are provided "as is", subject to applicable law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, SG Solve excludes liability for indirect or consequential damages, and its aggregate liability is limited to fees paid for the Services during the preceding 12 months.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, subject to applicable mandatory consumer protections.
