Astro is a Vedic astrology service from GoSimplex, operated by Shwetark Global Solutions Pvt. Ltd. ("SG Solve", "we", "us"). You add money to a prepaid wallet, and Kundlis and questions are paid for from it.
1. Prices

| Activate a Kundli | ₹100 + GST | One-time fee for each Kundli (birth chart) you save. Reopening a Kundli you already have is free. |
| Ask a question | ₹25 + GST | Each question you send in chat. If no answer is produced, the amount returns to your wallet automatically. |
| Kundli report (PDF) | Included | Download the report for any saved Kundli as often as you like, subject to fair use. |
| Marriage match | Included | Matching two of your saved Kundlis does not use your wallet. |
2. Your wallet and GST
- Add any amount from ₹100. The wallet is prepaid and has no expiry while your account is open.
- GST at 18% is added when you add money, and shown before you pay. The amount before GST is what goes into your wallet, and Kundlis and questions are charged at the prices above with no further GST.
- Example: add ₹500 and you pay ₹590 (₹500 + ₹90 GST). Your wallet shows ₹500, enough for 20 questions or five Kundlis.
- A GST tax invoice is emailed for every payment, and you can download it again from Wallet in the app.
3. Payments
Payments are processed securely by Razorpay (cards, UPI, net banking and wallets). Card and UPI details are handled by Razorpay and never reach Astro or GoSimplex. All prices are in Indian rupees.
